Returns / Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have ordered from Kickin Cane Covers you may return or exchange within 30 days.

- When returning an item, you must e-mail Kickin Cane Covers first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please do not ship back without obtaining this number first.
- All returns must be accompanied by the following:
- Return Authorization Number
- Reason for Your Return
- Nature of Any Defect
- Original Order Number
- Up to $5.00 return shipping costs will be credited if the return is due to a defect in the item or a Kickin Cane Cover error. You will not be charged additional fees for replacement shipments.
- All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition in the same packaging. We cannot accept a return on any item that has been used..
