Returns / Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have ordered from Kickin Cane Covers you may return or exchange within 30 days.

When returning an item, you must e-mail Kickin Cane Covers first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please do not ship back without obtaining this number first.
All returns must be accompanied by the following:
Return Authorization Number
- Reason for Your Return
- Nature of Any Defect
- Original Order Number
Up to $5.00 return shipping costs will be credited if the return is due to a defect in the item or a Kickin Cane Cover error. You will not be charged additional fees for replacement shipments.
All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition in the same packaging. We cannot accept a return on any item that has been used..
